is the way we feel about our own abilities, capacities and judgment. It defines the trust we place in ourselves to successfully face day to day tasks and challenges.

SELF ESTEEM

is our overall sense of self-worth. It involves both the confidence on our own ability and the belief that we are deserving of happiness and success. 

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy are extremely powerful and effective techniques to help improve confidence and self-esteem. They work on the subconscious mind to challenge and correct distorted views and limiting beliefs. Negative patterns that are causing the issues are disrupted, leaving you able to perceive yourself positively.
